​​Welcome to your Mom & Pop hardware store!

(Quite literally as Dave & Nancy are our husband/wife duo owners who run the business alongside some of their children.)

We are on a mission to build a business with that neighborhood feel that is pretty hard to find today in the retail world. Dave himself came out of retirement to open his own store; he grew up as a child in Canada in the industry as his mother was a buyer for a hardware store! So, he set out to bridge the gap of the online world and big box stores: Ace Hardware seemed like the solution.

Many folks don't know, but Ace Hardware is a cooperative, not a franchise. A cooperative means we purchase our inventory from Ace, but operate as an independent hardware retailer. We get to call the shots, deciding what inventory to bring in, what services to provide, decide what we want our specialty to be. For us, that is operating as a friendly space for our community where we problem-solve, become the fixers at any skill-level & have some fun whilst we do it. ​
